We investigate and report any signs and symptoms indicating possible patient abuse or exploration to the appropriate authorities. Our Agency may refer cases to private or community agencies for further assessments as appropriate, according to state and federal laws.

What do we do?

Physical Therapy

Addresses the treatment, healing and prevention of injuries and disabilities.

Occupational Therapy

Focus on helping patients safely manage their activities of daily living.

Exclusive RN Staff

All of our nurses are Registered Nurses; we do not utilize LPN’s or Medical Assistants.

IV Certified

Since we only utilize Registered Nurses, all of our nurses are trained in the safe administration of IV medications and care of the various types of IV access

Wound Vac Certified

Wound Vac promotes healing through Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT). All of our Registered Nurses have been trained on the proper use of the Wound Vac.

Care Transition Program

The goal of this program is to help transition patients from the hospital setting to other care settings, to improve quality of care and reduce readmission into the hospital.
